Residential services
We offer residential customers up to two phone lines with basic and advanced features, such as voicemail, voicemail to email, caller ID, fax line, call forwarding, call hold, and three-way calling. Additionally, access to voicemail, call data records, and phone feature configuration is available through a secure password protected web interface.
Enterprise services
We offer enterprises, such as business and schools, with up to 24 phone lines with one cable modem connection. Basic and advanced features resemble residential services: voicemail, voicemail to email, caller ID, fax line, call forwarding, call hold, and three-way calling and access to voicemail, call data records, and phone feature through a secure password protected web interface.
Advintive also offers a PBX with web interface management and basic and extended features. Our PBX service includes extensions, time dependent auto-attendant, conference line, phone directory, call transfer, call park, fax to email, and more. Extensions are configured on traditional phones, feature rich IP phones or soft phones. Soft phones are available on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, or smart phones. Hard phones are provisioned remotely. Sophisticated conference phones with crystal clear sound are recommended for meeting rooms. Multiple offices are optionally interconnected through the IP network.
